HOWDY, 

My name is Jacob.. I am a multifaceted creative born and raised in North Carolina, USA. I moved to Perth, Australia in 2019. In the last 5 years or so I have seen and done so much. Life has been a rollercoaster for better or worse so here's some info for you to get to know me and my creative journey. 

2019-2021: I worked for a Non Profit orginisation. That time in my life was a lot of learning and buidling my craft as a creative. Videography and Video Editing was my introduction to the creative world. I was pushed and stretched in many different areas of creativity that shaped my vision, passion, and skills. This organisation also gave me the oppurtunity to work under pressure and be resourceful. We had many projects that we had little to no budget but the outcome was far better then we imagined. I am truly grateful for this season of my life.  

2021-2022: I left the Non Profit Organisation and launched my own initiative. I was given opurtunities to do some photography for some friends and it took me back to my first love for this craft. In 2022 I photographed some music gigs around Perth, shot some music videos and documentery style videos. Then I delved into graphic design. Did a magezine and some album covers. In 2023 I finally latched on to the thing I loved most and want to do more of. PHOTOGRAPHY!

2023: This is a new season of trying to become a better photographer and focus on one thing. It is a challenge for me sometimes because I get distracted but I know focusing on photography alone will make me a better creative in general.
